Features:

• The interior & exterior chamber is made of SS 304 with one aluminium rack

• The door is provided with silicon gasket & positive latch to maintain seal at all vacuum levels. It is also provided with glass window for viewing of the sample inside the chamber

• It is fitted with highly accurate controller that allows gentle drying of heat sensitive materials avoiding damage due to rapid temperature overshooting

• Considerable reduction in drying time and dries faster than the conventional oven

• The vacuum pump connection is provided at back of the oven 

• It includes a separate vacuum release valve for releasing vacuum by gentle turn of the knob and a separate vacuum connection valve for preventing spilling of oil in the oven

• It also includes audio or visual alarms for temp. deviations, calibrated vacuum gauge and temp. controller

• The heater is mounted below the tray, that ensures rapid and equal heating without any thermal loss

• The PID controller with integrated timer 0 to 99 hours with one ramp and soak function is provided

• It includes IQ, OQ, PQ certificates & Operations & Maintenance Manual
