Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices and Taxes/Duty: : 

The prices mentioned are inclusive of custom duty (wherever applicable). In case of custom duty exemption, please contact us. For “POR”, kindly contact your local distributor or our customer support department. All prices are subjected to a price escalation clause. The company reserves the right to change prices, but will do so only based on extraordinary fluctuations in currency exchange rates or economic policies and conditions. The prices printed  are ex-warehouse Hyderabad and valid up to 31st March 2015. Local and inter-state taxes and other levies will be applied as per government regulations applicable at the time of the transaction. There might be certain minimum order/quantity value requirements and will be specified in the catalog/quotation, wherever applicable. Standard quotes, freight estimates, and specific requirement are available on request.

Terms of Payment:

Terms of payment are subject to change in our sole discretion, based on payment history, credit approval and order value. You gree to pay all costs and expenses associated with collection of your account if it becomes delinquent, including court costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Order Placement:

All orders must be placed through FirstSource Laboratory Solutions LLP. Orders which are in writing, once placed, shall not be revoked or cancelled. So also the goods, once dispatched against the confirmation order, shall not be returned and the company shall not accept such returned goods. 

Compliance:

All dealers and customers must comply with the local and central statutory requirement, such as obtaining the required licenses, road permits, statutory licenses, etc., while placing the order as well as when the goods are purchased, stored and used. In fulfilling our lawful duties we may require additional information in the processing of your order.

Shipments:

Order to be placed either on Ex-warehouse Hyderabad of FOR destination basis. If the order is on Ex-warehouse basis, please provide the forwarder's details on the Purchase Order. We accept flexible delivery options by road or air, through courier or to your transporter.

Availability:

All efforts will be made to make the goods available on time. Company, however, does not take any responsibility nor is liable for damages, delayed deliveries or non-deliveries of the goods on the stipulated dates.

Claims and Insurances:

Your order is filled, checked, rechecked and packed with utmost care and forwarded at the customer's risk. If the customer wants the goods to be insured, upon customer request the company will insure such goods in transit and the premium cost will be borne by the customer. If damage has occurred with uninsured items, keep the carton and all of the packing materials. Please report the details immediately to the carrier and then contact our inside Sales Department. 

Return of Items:

Items dispatched, if deemed to be not as per the specifications or of the quality required, must be returned to the place of invoice immediately and in any case not later than four weeks from the date of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in unused, resalable condition and must not be contaminated with hazardous materials. Some products are subject to restocking charge.

All sales by FirstSource Laboratory Solutions LLP are made subject to FirstSource Laboratory Solutions LLP’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale which are posted on the company's website at www.firstsourcels.com and which shall be controlling in the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions set forth in any document issued by the Buyer. Any provisions contained in any document issued by Buyer are expressly rejected.
